Worthington, Kilgour, Barnard, McKinstry, Reindollar,
Day, Welling, and Dorsey.
The proceedings of yesterday were read.

Mr. Kennard presented a petition from five hundred and
fifty citizens of Baltimore city praying for an exemption from
execution for debt property to the amount of $150:             

Which was ordered to lie on the table.

Mr. McKinstry presented a petition from sundry citizens of
Uniontown, Carroll county, praying an act of incorporation
for said town.

Which was referred to the Carroll county delegation.

Mr. Belt presented the memorial of Geo. P. Kane, which
was read;

Mr. Belt moved that the said memorial be printed in the
Journal;

Mr. Alexander moved to lay said motion on the table.

The yeas and nays being demanded on the motion to lay
on the table appeared as follow:
