Sec. 4, line 3, after the word "steam," add "or other;"
Which was assented to.                                               

Mr. Contee moved to re-commit said bill to the Baltimore
city delegation;

Which was determined in the negative.
Mr. Goldsborough moved to refer the bill to the next Gen-
eral Assembly;
Which was determined in the negative.
