Strike out title and substitute "an act to amend an act en-
titled, an act to incorporate the Dulaney's Valley and Tow-
sontown Turnpike Road Company in Baltimore county, passed
January session, 1856, chapter 24."
Section 1. After supplement add, "Provided, That the
said road at all times be kept on a level or same grade with
the main bed or centre of said road ;"
