city, deceased ;

The bill entitled, an act to authorise Levin M. Wilson to
settle his accounts as guardian to Curtis A. Russel, and deliv-
er over the estate to his said ward;

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled, an act to provide for the refund-
ing of a certain sum of money paid into the State Treasury;

Was read the second time, and by special order the third
time, three-fourths of all the members concurring, and passed
by yeas and nays, as follow:
