The bill entitled, an act to protect the proprietors of Mine- Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the President and Being upon its second reading ; Mr. Lynch, of Baltimore city, proposed the following Section 21, line 5, after the word "person" insert, "and in Section 21, line 7, strike out the words "proceed to ;" Which amendments were assented to. Mr. Stirling proposed the following amendment: In section 21, line 11, strike out " thirty" and insert Which amendment was assented to.
