Which was read the first time, and referred to the com-
mittee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an act to authorise the clerk of the Circuit
Court for Kent county to transcribe the general indexes to the
land records of the said county, and to make and keep a gen-
eral index to the judgments and decrees of the said Circuit
Court;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays ;"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Kent
county delegation.

A bill entitled, an act entitled, an act to prevent the sale
of intoxicating liquors in Mount Airy, Carroll county, and
within a half mile of the same;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays ;''

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Carroll
county delegation.

A bill entitled, an act amendatory of an act passed January
session, 1854, chapter 179, entitled, an act for the relief of
Robert Wright and sureties of the former collector of the First
