358             JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Feb. 12,

The said bill was then sent to the Senate.

There being no quorum present,

Mr. Wickes moved a call of the House ;

The Sergeant-at-arms was then sent after the absent mem-
bers ;

Alter some time, the Sergeant-at-arms returned, and re-
ported that he had summoned the absentees;

Mr. Mackubin moved that the House adjourn ;

The yeas and nays being demanded upon the motion, ap-
peared as follow:
