284.  An act to authorise the Commissioners of the tax of
Charles county to levy a sum of money sufficient for the
support of Anne E. H. Ferrell, an insane pauper of said
county.

285.  An act for the amendment of the law in mandamus
cases.

286.  An act for the relief of the sureties on the official
bonds of Lloyd B. Smith.

287.  An act to refund to Nicholas H. Green, of Anne
Arundel county, certain moneys improperly paid by him
into the Treasury, as clerk of the Anne Arundel County
Court.

288.  An act to regulate the compensation of jurors in
Prince George's county.

289.  An act to repeal a part of the 15th section of the act
of 1852, chapter 204, entitled, an act to incorporate the Bal-
timore, Carroll and Frederick Railroad Company.

290.  An act to provide for re-copying, rebinding, re-index-
ing and completing some of the records in the office of the
clerk of the Superior Court of Baltimore city.

291.  An act to enable John Beall and George A. Pearre,
trustees of the Mineral Bank of Maryland, to wind up and
close their trust, as expeditiously as may be, and to protect
them in so doing.

292.   An act to incorporate the Baltimore City Guard.

293. An act to authorise the trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal church, in the town of Sharpsburg, in Washington
county, to sell a certain lot of ground in said town.

294.  An act authorising the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore, to issue the bonds or inscribed stock of said city
to complete a new jail.

295.  An act to apply to the support of common schools,
the amount of money received on account of the interest upon
the claim of the State, against the General Government, for
money advanced by the State, during the late war with Eng-
land.

296.  An act for the benefit of Ebenezer Horner, James H.
Webb, William Hammond, Ennals Dickerson, Hewitt Boss,
William Philips, Israel Collins and Stephen Philips, free
persons of color, of Caroline county.
