163.  An act for the enforcement of the police regulations
and ordinances of the Burgess and Commissioners of the
town of Sharpsburg, and Miller's addition, in Washington
county.

164.  An act for relief of the devisees and legatees of Isaac
C. Rowles, late of Howard county, deceased.

165.  An act entitled, an act to amend the act of Assem-
bly, passed at December session, 1849, ch. 269, in so far as
relates to Carroll county.

166.  An act to incorporate the village of Port Tobacco, in
Charles county.

167.    An act to authorise the county commissioners of
Kent county to establish two new school districts in said
county.

168.  An act to release Wm. O. Reeder, of Saint Mary's
county, from a judgment in favor of the State of Maryland,
confessed by him as security for Wm. Reeder, late of said
county, deceased.

169.  An act to make valid an assignment or conveyance
from Elijah Evans to Otho H. Williams, for certain lots of
land in Allegany county.

170.  An act to compensate James S. Franklin, former
State's Attorney for Anne Arundel county, for the trial of
the case of the State vs. Thos. R. Tongue.

171.  An act to refund to Amos Osborne, collector of the
second election district in Harford county, Geo. D. Claytor,
collector of the second election district in Anne Arundel
county, Skipiorth C. Gorrell, collector of the second election
district of Harford county, certain moneys overpaid by them
into the Treasury of Maryland.

172.  An act for the relief of Thomas S. Beall, surviving
executor of Aquilla Beall, former Clerk of Prince George's
County Court.

173.  An act entitled, an act to appoint an additional con-
stable in Election District No. 2, in Worcester county.

174.  An act to authorise the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore city to dispose of any property belonging to said
city, by lease or otherwise.

175.  An act to authorise the Comptroller of the State to
pay the balance of the pension therein mentioned.
