ary, 1859 ;

Being on its second reading,
On motion of Mr. Contee,

Said bill was made the special order of the day for Thurs-
day the 28th instant.

The bill entitled, an act relating to Foreign Corporations
and their Agencies,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled, an act to authorise the Trustees of the
School commonly known as the Tan Yard School, in dis-
trict No. 25, in the 4th election district of Caroline county, to
change the location of the School House appertaining to said
School;                                                                        

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled, an act to provide for the increase of the
per diem allowance of the commissioners of Somerset county;

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled, an act to amend the charter of the Pickell
Mining Company ;

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.                       

The bill entitled, an act authorising the redemption of
Stamps issued under the act of Assembly passed March 10th,
1845, which have not been used and are rendered useless by
the repeal of said act;

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :
