The said bill was then sent to the Senate.

Mr. Alexander, from the committee on Judiciary, reported
favorably on the bill entitled, an act to regulate and provide
for the payment of the fees of the criers of the Superior Court,
Court of Common Pleas, and Criminal Court of Baltimore
city;

Which was read the first time.
On motion of Mr. Belt,

Said bill was recommitted to the committee on Judiciary.
On motion of Mr. Belt,

The rules were suspended, and he asked leave for the
Prince George's county delegation to introduce a bill, further
to amend an act passed at January session, 1854, entitled, an
act for the relief of the sureties on the bonds of Wm. Lyles,
of Thomas, former collector of the third collection district of
Prince George's county.

Mr. Harrington, from the committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably on a bill entitled, an act relating to foreign
corporations and their agencies;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Harrington, from the committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably on a bill entitled, an act to amend the char-
ter of the Pickell Mining Company;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Moore, from a select committee, reported a bill entitled,
an act to provide for the increase of the per diem allowance of
the Commissioners of Somerset county;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Todd, from a select committee, reported a bill entitled,
an act to empower the trustees of the school commonly called
the " Tan Yard School," in school district number 25, in the
fourth election district in Caroline county, to change the loca-
tion of the school house appertaining to said school;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Alexander, from the committee on Judiciary, reported
favorably on the Senate bill entitled, an act for the relief of
Edward Bowers, of Carroll county;

Which was read the first time.
