Mr. Kidd, offered the following order:

Ordered, That the leave to introduce a bill as recorded on
page twenty-six of the Journal, to protect the breed of fish,
and to prescribe the time for fishing in the head waters of the
Chesapeake bay, be withdrawn from the committee on Judi-
ciary, and referred to the Harford and Cecil county delega-
tions;

Which was adopted.

On motion of Mr. Ford, of Baltimore county,
The House adjourned until to-morrow morning at 10 o'clk.
