FREDERICK COUNTY—                                 

                  The bill entitled an act to the 187th section of

article of the code of public local laws relating to
the summoning of jurors in, favorable report, read
second time, and by order, and passed, 604.

                    The bill entitled an act to incorporate the Mu-

               tual Fire Insurance company of, favorable report,

read second time, and passed, 604.

The Senate bill to authorise Matilda Dorsey,
                trustee, under the will of Sally Ridgely, deceased,

to sell and convey certain real estate, read second
time, and by order, and passed, 694.

Favorable report on bill to legalise the proceed-
ings of John B. Gilbert of, while acting as a jus-
tice of the peace, under the appointment of the
Governor, was read second time, and by order,
and passed, 696.

Favorable report on bill to incorporate the
trustees of the Methodist Protestant Episcopal
Church of New Market and vest the property now
held by the said congregation or church in said
