The House went into committee of the Whole upon the
consideration of the bill entitled, an act to incorporate the
Baltimore city Passenger Railway, as also the bill entitled,
an act to incorporate the Citizens' Passenger Railroad com-
pany of Baltimore, and to secure for railway purposes by
proper penalties the use of certain streets in the city of Bal-
timore.
After some time spent in committee of the Whole, the com-
mittee rose, and through Mr. Stake, chairman, reported that
they had had under consideration the bill entitled, an act to
incorporate the Baltimore City Passenger Railway, as also
the bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Citizens' Passen-
ger Railroad company of Baltimore, and to secure for railway
purposes by proper penalties the use of certain streets in the
city of Baltimore, had made some progress thereon, reported
the bills back to the House, and asked leave to be discharged
from the further consideration of the same;
Which was concurred in.
The House then went into consideration of the bill entitled,
an act to incorporate the Baltimore City Passenger Railway
company.
Mr. Morgan moved that this House do now adjourn;
