On motion of Mr. Landing,
The rules were suspended, when he reported favorably on
the Senate bill entitled, an act to amend the code of public
local laws, article twenty-two, relating to elections.
On motion of Mr. Parran,
The rules were suspended, to enable him to call up the
order which had been laid upon the table, as per page 592 of
the Journal—equalizing mileage.
Mr. Landing offered the following substitute:
Ordered, That each member of this House, shall receive
the sum of fifty dollars, as additional mileage;
