Also, on the bill entitled, an act further amendatory of an
act passed January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-four,
for the relief of the sureties on the bond of William Tyler,
of Thomas, former collector of the third collection district,
of Prince George's county;

Which were severally read the first time.

Mr. Briscoe, from a select committee, reported favorably
on the bill entitled, an act to correct the clerical errors upon
the reprint of the code;

Which was read the second time, and by special order the
third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
