On motion of Mr. Long,

The rules were (suspended, and the bill entitled, an act to
amend the 63d section of the 28th article of the code of pub-
lic general laws, relating to public landings, and to add to
said article the following sections, regulating the manner and
terms on which such landings shall be established;

Was read the first time, and by special order the second
and third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
