Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We have received your message in reference to the appoint-
ment of a committee to be appointed by the Senate as to the
printing and indexing of the code, and concur therein.
We have appointed Messrs. Goldsborough, of Talbot, and
Whitaker, to unite with the gentlemen on the part of the
House, to carry into effect the object of your message.
