The said bill was then sent to the Senate.

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate a bank by the name
and style of the Worcester county Bank, at the town of Snow
Hill;

Being upon its second reading;

Mr. Dennis, of Worcester, moved to lay said bill upon the
table;

Which was not concurred in.
On motion of Mr. Brining,

At 10¼ o'clock, the House adjourned until to-morrow morn-
ing, at ten o'clock.

SATURDAY, March 3, 1860.

The House met pursuant to adjournment, and was opened
with prayer by the Rev. Father Duffy.
