Mr. Mackubin, chairman of the committee on Claims, reported
favorably on Senate bill entitled, an act for the relief of
Henry M. Fitzhugh, administrator of William Fitzhugh;

Mr. Goldsborough, from the committee on Corporations,
reported favorably on the bill entitled, an act to amend an
act to incorporate a Bank in Centreville, Queen Anne's county,
passed January session, 1860, chapter 147;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Merrill
Patent Fire Arm Manufacturing company;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Howard
and Montgomery Turnpike company;

Which were severally read the first time.

Mr. Mackubin, chairman of the committee on Claims, re-
ported favorably on the bill entitled, an act to pay George
Vickers, for legal services rendered the State against Albert
Reed;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to refund to Robert Golds-
borough, late sheriff of Queen Anne's county, a certain sum
of money improperly paid into the Treasury of the State;

Which were severally read the first time.

Mr. Legg, from a select committee, reported favorably on
the bill entitled, an act to repeal the 43rd section of arti-
cle seventeen of the code of public local laws, and to insert
the following therefor;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Landing;, from a select committee, reported favorably
on the bill entitled, an act to add a new section to the code
of public local laws of Worcester county, relating to public
roads and public wharves in said county ;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Mills, from a select committee, reported favorably on
the bill entitled, an act for the benefit of George H. Davis,
Upton L. Dorsey and Peter Grove, of Carroll county ;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Krafft, from the committee on the Judiciary, reported
favorably on the bill entitled, an act to amend article four of
the code of public local laws, by adding thereto a new section
relating to the Criminal court of Baltimore city ;

Which was read the first time.
