The bill entitled, an act to punish, the shooting of foxes in
Worcester county;
Being upon its second reading,
Mr. Landing proposed the following amendment:
In fourth line, first section, after the word "foxes," insert,
"whilst pursued by dogs;"
Which was adopted.
