The bill entitled, an act to give Samuel T. Stonestreet, trus-
tee of Silas Browning, late sheriff of Montgomery county,
further time to complete his collections;

Was read the second time, and by special order the third

30th of the public general laws relating to gunning, so far
as the same relates to Worcester county.

Being upon its second reading,

Mr. Landing proposed the following amendment:

Section 1st. Strike out all after the word "repealed" to the
end of the section;

Which was adopted.

Said bill, with amendments, was then read the second time,
and by special order the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays as follow:
