Mr. Jones, of Prince George's, moved a suspension of the
rules to enable him to call up a bill.
The Chair (Mr. Chaplain) decided that the order of the
House would have to be rescinded for that purpose.
The question then being to rescind the order of the House
to allow Mr. Jones, of Prince George's to call up a bill;
