bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Green Spring Avenue
Company, passed January session, 1858, chapter 216;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the commit-
tee on Corporations.

Mr. Harding, from a select committee, reported favorably
on the bill entitled, an act to make valid the qualification of
James Anderson, surveyor elected at the late election in
Montgomery county;

Which was read the first time.
