the bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Southwestern Mu-

on a bill, entitled, an act to authorise the county commis-
sioners of Frederick county to open the proceedings in the
matter of the public road No. 428, on the road docket of the
said commissioners;

Mr. Landing, from a select committee, reported favorably
on Senate bill entitled, an act to repeal sections 152, 154,
155, and 156, of article 22, of the public local laws relating
to Worcester county, and substitute therefor sections defining
the duties and regulating the pay of the wreck master for
Worcester county and his employees;
