panying bill, which has already passed the Senate, by which
the code of revised laws, passed under a provision of the
Constitution is adopted and declared in force, and we respect-
fully recommend your honorable body to take immediate ac-
tion with regard to said bill, inasmnch as the prompt adop-
tion of the code will greatly facilitate the business of legis-
lation at the present session.
