sioners of Frederick county, at their discretion, to levy a sum
of money to construct a bridge across Catoctin Creek, in Fred-
erick county, Md.;

The bill entitled, an act to make valid a deed from Benja-
min Blades to Elisha Jones ;

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Lloyd's Land-
ing Wharf Company, at Lloyd's Landing, in Talbot county;

The bill entitled, an act to refund to Joseph Wells, late
tax collector in Cecil county, a sum of money erroneously paid
by him into the State Treasury ;

The bill entitled, an act to sell and convey school house
and lot in District No. 37, in Frederick county;

The bill entitled, an act to require the clerk of the Circuit
court for Frederick county, to make and prepare a general
index to the land records of Frederick county, from the com-
mencement of the term of William B. Tyler, clerk, to the

struct a turnpike road from the city of Cumberland, by the

Towsontown Railroad company;

The bill entitled, an act to authorise the commissioners of
Baltimore county, to pay such sum as shall be necessary to
supply the office of register of wills, of Baltimore county,
with record books and to levy therefor;
