The bill entitled, an act making valid an indenture be-
tween J. B. Nichols and Horatio Ridout, of the one part, and
Addison Johnson, of the other part;

The bill entitled, an act for the relief of Josephine A. Buck-
ler, by extending her term of instruction in the Maryland In-
stitution for the Instruction of the Blind ;

The bill entitled, an act to amend article four of the code
of public local laws, relating to the collection of taxes in the
city of Baltimore, by adding thereto the following section,
anil by repealing section 820 thereof, relating to the same
subject;

The bill entitled, an act to amend the 16th article of the
code of public local laws, by adding thereto a section pro-
viding a compensation to the register of wills of Prince
George's county, for keeping the books of the school fund in
the hands of the orphans court of said county ;

The bill entitled, an act to amend the 118th section of the
18th article of the code of public local laws, relating to the
pay of the sheriff of Saint Mary's county, for keeping pris-
oners, by increasing said pay ;

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Brooklyn Com-
pany ;

The bill entitled, an act making valid two indentures made
between J. B. Nichols and Horatio Ridout, of the one part,
and Geo. J. Collins of the other part;

The bill entitled, an act to amend article 88, section 12, of
the code of public general laws, so far as it relates to consta-
bles' fees in Montgomery county, and insert the following as
a substitute ;

The bill entitled, an act to amend the 36th section of the
22nd article of the code of public local laws, which fixes the
payment of the clerk of the county commissioners of Worces-
ter county, by increasing said pay ;

The bill entitled, an act granting the leave of the Legisla-
ture to the bequest made by Hanson Penn, late of Prince
George's county, deceased, to Benjamin O. Lowndes, in trust,
as declared in his last will and testament;

The bill entitled, an act to authorize the county commis-
sioners for Frederick county, to subscribe for shares of stock
in the Frederick and Emmittsburg Turnpike Road Company;

The bill entitled, an act to authorize the commissioners of
Howard county to levy a sum of money, not exceeding three
hundred dollars, to rebuild school-house, No. 4 ;
