ples' Gas Company of Baltimore city ;

On motion of Mr. Jones, of Prince George's,

The rules were suspended to enable him to report favora-
bly on the bill entitled, an act to authorise the Orphan's
court of Prince George's county to appoint a trustee for
James Crawford, a deaf and dumb free negro, of said county;

Said bill was read the first time, and by special order the
second and third time, and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
low:
