A bill entitled, an act to incorporate the proprietors of
St. Peter's Cemetery ;

Endorsed: "passed by yeas and nays ;"

Which was read the first time and referred to the commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an act to authorize the Baltimore and Reis-
terstown Turnpike Company to construct or contract to be
constructed, a passenger railway on the side of the said turn-
pike, from the limits of the city of Baltimore to the end of
said turnpike road, or to any point thereon ;

Which was read the first time and referred to the commit-
