The question then recurred upon the amendment as
amended:

That "Somerset, Cecil and Baltimore counties," are
exempted from the provisions of this act.

Mr. Briscoe proposed the following:

"Provided, That the provisions of the preceding sections of
this bill, shall not apply to the residents of any county ad-
joining the waters or streams where the parties may be shoot-
ing or gunning."

Mr. Lawson moved to lay the whole subject upon the
table;

county, to intersect the Woodsboro' and Frederick Turnpike
Road, at or near the Monocacy bridge;
