On motion of Mr. Dennis, of Somerset,
The vote by which the amendment to strike out "four,"
and insert "two," in the bill entitled, an act to compensate
Milton Whitney for the trial of the cases of Wm. G. Ford
and Thomas M. Watkins in the Court of Appeals, as counsel
on the part of the State by appointment of the Governor,
was reconsidered.
The question then recurring on the proposed amendment,

ing out "four" and inserting "one;"
