Pending the cull of the House;               

On motion of Mr. Ford,
All further proceedings under the call were dispensed with;

When the House took tip for consideration the bill entitled,
an act to repeal the 706th section of the 4th article of the
code of public local laws, which gives to the mayor of the
city of Baltimore, and the judge of the Criminal court of
Baltimore, and the judge of the Superior court of Baltimore,
the power to order out the militia;

Said bill was then read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays as follow:
