Mr. Rasin presented a memorial from sundry citizens of
Kent county, praying an alteration in the school districts in
said county;
Referred to the Kent county delegation.
Mr. Mackubin offered the following :
Ordered, That the Comptroller of the Treasury Depart-
ment report to this House the years, since 1831, in which
Anne Arundel county did not receive the academy fund of
$800, appropriated generally to the several counties of this
State under resolution No. 34, passed at December session,
1831;
Which was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Miller,
