Mr. Smith, from a select committee, reported favorably
on the bill, to add certain sections relating to banks, to arti-
cle 12 of the code of public laws;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Salmon, from the committee on Corporations, reported
the bill entitled, a supplement to the act entitled, an act to
incorporate the Franklin Savings Bank of Frederick;

Which was read the first time, and by special order, a
second and third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
