Mr. Denison, of Baltimore city, from the select committee,
reported favorably on the bill entitled, an act to exempt
ground from sale tor taxes, until the estates of the tenants of
the leasehold have been exhausted.                                 

Which was read the first time, and referred to the commit-
tee on the Judiciary.

Mr. Burgess from a select committee, reported favorably

on the bill entitled, an act to authorise the commissioners

of tax of Charles county to levy a sum of money sufficient for

the support of Perry Wilmer, an insane pauper of said

county;                                                                           

Which was read the first time, and by special order a
second and third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
