Christian Dagenhart, Trustees, to convey certain property to cer-
tain persons as trustees of the United Brethren in Christ.

And a bill entitled, a supplement to an act entitled, an act to
provide for the speedy collection of State and county taxes in
Baltimore county, and for other purposes, passed at January ses-
sion 1854, chapter 139.                 

On motion of Mr. Brengle,                                                   

The House took a recess until 5 o'clock, P. M.

MONDAY AFTERNOON 5 o'clock,           

March 10th, 1856.

The House met. Present at the call of the roll the following
members:

Messrs. Speaker, Harris, Griffith, Dorsey, Waters, Wilson, of
Calvert, Dowell, Stone, Chilcoat, Rankin, Wright, Heath, Clark,
Toadvine, Lawson, Wilson, of Somerset, Daniel, Dail, Frazier,
Thomas, Scott, Stubbs, Miller, Bowie, Goldsborough, Rolph, Par-
ker, Timmons, Carper, Grove, Hauver, Duvall, Silver, Whitby,
Stack, Partridge, Smith, of Balt, city, Abbott, Valiant, Lester,
Hugg, Askew, Fiery, Witmer, Reichard, Loughridge, Harding,
Hall, Tower, Brown, Smith, of Carroll, Buffington, Stewart, and
Rowles.

Mr. Griffith from a select committee reported favorably on a
Senate bill to make valid a deed of bargain and sale from P. T.
Coleman, and Mary A. Coleman, to Mary A. Rollison, of Kent
county.

The bill entitled an act to make valid a deed from Mary Fitz-
hugh to David Longnecker;

Was read the second time; and                                               

Three fourths of the members concurring, was read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays as follows:             
 

Affirmative.
