On motion of Mr. Brown,

The rules were suspended to allow him to call up the following
bill, entitled, an act to authorise and empower the vestry and
officers of the Lutheran Congregation of Hough's Church in Fred-
erick county, to convey all their right, title and interest in and to
the said church, retaining, however, their interest in the lot of
ground and grave-yard on which said Church is erected, to the
vestry and officers of the German Reformed Congregation of
said Church,                                                               

Was read the second time, and                      

Three-fourths of the members concurring, was read the third
time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows:

Senate bill:                                                           

An act to change the name of Wesleyan Chapel of the Method-
ist Episcopal Church in Kent county, to Wesley Chapel;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Dorsey, from a select committee, reported favorably on the
Senate bill entitled, an act to make valid a bill of sale from James
Deale of Anne Arundel county, to Franklin Waters;

Which was read the first time.

The bill entitled, an additional supplement to the act entitled,
an act incorporating the master and wardens of Clinton Lodge,
