The bill entitled "an act to incorporate the Elders and Deacons
of the German Evangelical Lutheran Trinity Church and School
of Baltimore,"                                

Was taken up for the second reading, when

On motion of Mr. silver,             

The second reading was postponed till Friday next, the 26th
inst.

The bill entitled "an act to authorize and direct the sale of
certain lands devised to Lawrence W. Bates and Eliza his wife,
as trustees, by Elizabeth Baley, deceased, and the investment of
the proceeds thereof in other property for the same purpose,"

Was read the second time.

Mr. Timmons offered to amend by inserting in the fifth line of
section first, after the word "deceased," the clause "and of all
the parties in interest.           

Which amendment was adopted.

Mr Timmons proposed to amend and alter the fourth tine of
section second, so as to read, "and shall in all respects be sub-
ject and accountable to said Circuit Court sitting in equity."

Which was adopted.

A bill entitled, a supplement to an act entitled, an act to incor-
porate the Maryland and Delaware Rail Road company.

On motion of Mr. Silver,                                     

The eighth Section was stricken out.                     

The question was then taken on the passage or the bill;
And it was passed by yeas and nays as follows :
