Mr. Smith, of Carroll, moved to strike out "fifty," in the 16th
line, and insert "one hundred;"

Which was assented to.                                         

Mr. Silver moved to strike out "ten," in the 17th line, and in-
sert "seventy-five;"

Which was assented to.
Mr. Silver moved to strike out "or huckster,"' in the 1st line
of section 3rd;

Which was assented to.

Mr. Brengle moved to strike out, in the 3rd line, "or any poul-
try, eggs, butter, or any kind of meat or stock;"

Which was assented to.

Mr. Silver moved to strike out, in the last-line of 4th section,
"three," and insert "ten;"                 

Which was assented to.

Mr. Partridge moved to strike out "county," in the 2nd line of
5th section, and insert "circuit;"                     

Also, after the word "State," in the 2nd line, insert "or by the
Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore city,"

Also, to strike out "the licenses granted," in the 4th line of
same section;

Which were assented to.

Mr. Rankin moved to strike out the words "from the date of
its passage," in the last section, and insert "on and after the 30th

The said bill was then read, as amended, the second time; by
special order the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as fol-
