The said bill was then sent to the Senate.                         

On motion of Mr. Daniel,                               

The rules were suspended to allow him to report a bill entitled,
an act to refund to Leonard Woolford and Samuel W. Jones, of
Somerset county, certain money erroneously paid into the public
Treasury;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Committee
on Claims.                                                                         

Also, a bill entitled, an act amendatory of the act passed at the
present session and entitled, an act to lay out and establish a new
election district in Somerset county, to be called election district
No. —, in Lawson's district;

And a bill entitled, an act for the benefit of Zaddoch Town-
send, of Somerset county.                                             

On motion of Mr. Tower,                                 

The rules were suspended to take up the bill entitled, an act
making an appropriation of a sum of money, to defray the expen-
ses of the surveys necessary, under the acts passed January ses-
sion 1852, chapter 60 and 275, authorizing the running and ma-
king of the State boundary lines therein mentioned;
