A bill entitled, an act to authorise the county commissioners of
Kent county in this State, to make, establish, alter and close
public landing places of said county.

A bill entitled, an act. to appropriate a sum of money to Na-
thaniel Duke, clerk of the Circuit Court for Calvert county, for
certain fees due him by the State.                       

A bill entitled, an act to authorise the Orphan's Court for
Baltimore county to order a sale of purl of the real estate in said
county, of which Robert Turner, late of said county, died
seized.

A bill entitled, an act to permit persons to whom free negroes
or mulatto apprentices are bound, in Worcester county, to hire
them out.

A bill entitled, an act for the relief of Mahala Jones, a free ne-
gro woman of Washington city, District of Columbia, and her,
children, Bernard Jones and Ella Jones, also of the District of,

Columbia.                

A bill entitled, an act to authorise the Comptroller to appoint
his Chief Clerk, Comptroller pro tem, and to make his bond re-
sponsible for the acts of said Clerk, done by virtue of such ap-
pointment.

A bill entitled, an act to make compensation to Wm. J. Byrd,
for a certain case argued in the State of Maryland, by the ap-
pointment of the Governor thereof.

A bill entitled, an act appropriating a sum of money to pay
J. T. B. Dorsey for services rendered in the case of the State,
against Shillenger in the court of appeals, in 1854.

A bill entitled, an act to alter and amend the act passed at De-
cember session, 1849, chapter 101, entitled, an act to incorpo-
rate the Ocean Mutual Insurance Company of Baltimore.             

A bill entitled, an act to amend an act entitled, an act to in-
corporate the Neptune Mutual Insurance Company of Baltimore.

A bill entitled, an act to amend the charter of the Maryland
Institution for the instruction of the blind, passed at January
session, 1853.
