the Circuit Courts in the 8th Judicial Circuit;

Also returned a bill entitled, an act to authorise the Appeal
Tax Court of Baltimore city to hear the appeal of Murray &
Hazlehurst;                                                      

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."
