Deposite Railroad Company;               

On motion of Mr. Silver,                 

The said bill was recommitted to the Committee on Internal
Improvements with the instruction to report on Saturday the 23rd
instant.

A bill entitled, an act to incorporate the stockholders of the
Anne Arundel county Academy;

M. Hall offered the following message!          

By the House of Delegates,
February 21st, 1856.

Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received the message of your Honorable Body pro-
posing the appointment of a Joint Committee to examine the ac-
counts of the Treasurer of Maryland, in regard to. the investments
for the benefit of the sinking fund, the disposition of the bonds
or certificates of debt issued by the State and report any sugges-
tions or recommendations they may deem best for the accomplish-
ment of the objects therein proposed and respectfully concur
therein.                                                                                   

We have appointed Messrs. Hall, and Frazier, Bowie, to join
the gentlemen already appointed by your Honorable Body.
