Court for Talbot county, to have certain record books in his office
rebound;

A bill entitled, an act to incorporate the "Chiriqui Real Es-
tate" Company;

A bill entitled, an act to authorise the removal of Criminal
cases from the Criminal Court of Baltimore city, to the Circuit
Courts of Anne Arundel and Howard counties;

Was read the second time.

A bill entitled, an act to make valid a deed from the Llangol-
len Mining Company to Isaac Kalbaugh;

Mr. Kildow offered the following amendment;                       

At the end of 2nd section add, "provided however, that noth-
ing in this act contained shall affect the rights of bonafide pur-
chasers or creditors without notice who may have become so be-
fore the passage of this act;

Amendment assented to.

Company of the State of Virginia as a corporation, and author-
izing it to exercise the power of and providing for a corporation
within the State of Maryland for mining and, manufacturing pur-
poses;

porate the town of Westminister, in Carroll county, by the
