Which was read the first time, and referred to the Committee on
Corporations.

Also, a bill entitled, an act to amend an act entitled, an act to
incorporate the Fremont Savings Institution of Baltimore, by al-
lowing said institution the privileges embraced under the act en-
titled, an act to continue the corporate existence of the several
banking institutions therein mentioned, passed January session
1853, chapter 441;

Also, a bill entitled, an act to authorise the Commissioner of
the Land Office to issue a warrant of resurvey and patent for cer-
tain lands in Allegany county;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Allegany
county delegation.
