Mr. Lester from the Select Committee reported a bill entitled,
an act relating to the grading and paving of North Avenue, in
the city of Baltimore, supplementary to an act entitled, an act to
vest certain powers in the corporation of the city of Baltimore,
in relation to streets, passed on the 23d of March, 1839.
