On motion of Mr. Daniel,
The following substitute was offered and adopted:

Section 1. "Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Registers of Wills of the city of Baltimore and the
several counties of this States shall be allowed for the registry of
all claims embraced in the 1st section of the act of January
session 1854, chapter 86, entitled, "an act to provide for the
opening of a docket by the Registers of Wills of this State for the
entry of claims passed by the Register of Wills and Orphans'
Courts against deceased persons, the sum of five cents, to be
paid by the claimant, and that any thing in the third section of
the aforesaid act, inconsistent with the provisions hereof, be and
the same is hereby repealed."                          

Also, to substitute the word "amendatory" in place of "sup-
plemental."

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
