INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

Senate Bill No. 43, entitled "An Act to declare the sanction

and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to certain
bequests to the associated professors of Loyola College In
the City of Baltimore and the Little Sisters of the Poor,
contained in the last will and testament of Peter J. Gersting,

late of Baltimore city, deceased. "

(Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

By the President:

Senate Bill No. 44, entitled, "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to. certain
bequests contained in the last will and testament of Oliveira
Andrews, late of Baltimore city, deceased. "

[Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

By the President:

Senate Bill No. 45, entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the
bequest and devise to The St. Raphael's Institute of Provi-
dence, of Baltimore city, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Margaret J. Griffin, late of Baltimore city, deceased. "

mittee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

Senate Bill No. 46, entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to a be-
quest to The Sisters of Bon Secours for the care of the sick
of Baltimore, contained in a codicil to the last will and testa-
ment of Henry Johnson Key, late of Baltimore city, de-
ceased. " ' '.
