Also House Bill No. 656, entitled "An Act to add a new sec-
tion to Article 4 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, as
the same was amended and re-enacted by Chapter 123 of the
Acts of 1898, title 'City of Baltimore, ' sub-title 'Police Com-
missioners'; said new section to come under said sub-title and
to follow immediately after Section 777-C and to be known
as Section 777-C-c. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and
passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the first time
and referred to the City Senators. ]

Also House Bill No. 621, entitled "An Act to authorize the
State Roads Commission to construct a highway in Cecil
county, between Roberson's Corner and the Pennsylvania line,
to connect with Route 131 of the Pennsylvania State Road
System; the amount of money to construct said road shall be
taken out of moneys due Cecil county for road building from
State apportionment or otherwise. " [Endorsed: "Read the
third time and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read
the first time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

Also House Bill No. 660, entitled "An Act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Prince George's county, Maryland,
to levy a sum of money to build a schoolhouse for colored chil-
dren at or near Bowie, in Election District No. 14. " [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays"]
[Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Hoi-
mead, Johnson and Jones. ]

Also House Bill No. 683, entitled "An Act to incorporate the
town of Accident, in Garrett county, Maryland. " [Endorsed:
"Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which
was read the first time and referred to Senators Speicher, Zihl-
mand and Bomberger. ]

Also House Bill No. 688, entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 163 of Chapter 635 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1912, entitled 'An
Act to repeal Section 159 to Section 177, inclusive, of Article
23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County, "
sub-title "Sharptown, " and all amendments and additions
thereto, ' and to repeal Chapter 421 of the Acts of 1894, en-
titled 'An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tions 167 and 168 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Wicomico County, " sub-title "Sharptown, " and to
